I have sisters and other family members that are highly allergic to dogs, cats, horses, cows, etc... I had read where pigs are hypo-allergenic. My first thought was yeh-yeh-yeh...heard that one before. Well come to find out my sister wasn't allergic. So I decided to get one. Trust me this decision was not made in hast and has taken me a long time to do. So now we have both our family and a pet in our lives.
After I got him, I had so many people asking me a billion questions about him. The same kind of questions I asked myself and researched to death. As we all know when you research things, you really have a hard time getting the true sense of what it's like. So I decided to start a blog that shows what it's really like...good, bad, funny, etc...
I hope you enjoy "Sheldon's Adventures" and if you do or don't decide to get a mini pig, at least you will get some great stories about Sheldon along the way.
